We have designed 3 types of assessment to meet the needs of anyone on the journey to becoming process based.
Our PBM Quick Assessment is designed as a starting point for any organization that is in the beginning stages of process improvement and that want to know where to focus their efforts to become process based. The Quick Assessment is a web-based survey of 16 characteristics that are scored to provide the respondent an indicated of where their organization is at on the PBM Roadmap. Our Quick Assessment requires minimal time, cost and effort to complete and can provide you with a great baseline to compare against as you progress on the journey to becoming process based. There are 2 types of Quick Assessment available depending on your need: Type Description Cost $1,000 The PBM Mini Assessment is the next step up in our assessment model and is designed for organizations that are managing and improving multiple processes but do not want to invest the time and effort in a comprehensive assessment. The audience of the Mini Assessment is targeted at the management team and support staff responsible for implementing a process mindset. At the completion of the Mini Assessment the following is provided: · An on-line feedback session with senior management consisting of specific strengths and improvement areas for implementing PBM. · A feedback report including the overall score, the PBM Roadmap stage and specific feedback on each criteria question. Type Description Cost $5,000 The PBM Full Assessment is the most comprehensive analysis of how well an organization is progressing on becoming process based. Utilizing the full set of criteria questions coupled with the complete PBM Roadmap provides an in-depth evaluation of your process based implementation efforts. Included in the Full Assessment: · Copy of the Integrated Assessment System (IAS) software package with all criteria questions, responses and action planning functionality. · On-site interviews with the key individuals responsible for implementing and managing your process efforts. · Full feedback session on-site with your senior management team to discuss findings. · A comprehensive feedback report including a complete set of action plans from the PBM Roadmap specific to your organization’s improvement areas. The action plans help to jump start your efforts and give support to move PBM forward in the organization. Type Description Cost $25,000
The options can be selected based on where your organization is at on the Process Improvement or the Process Based Management Continuum.

This option is designed for organizations that are managing multiple processes and are ready to implement a more holistic process based management approach. The assessment is focused on the first four stages (Aware, Committed, Engaged and Managed) in the PBM Roadmap. Contact Us
