If you need help understanding and improving processes, we have approaches which will fit your need.

For those with an objective of becoming process based, our implementation services, either with or without an Assessment, utilizes the PBM Roadmap to help you leverage your internal resources.

  Do have a process that needs to be improved?  Is there work in your organization that needs a process to be designed?  We use a straight forward improvement approach that facilitates your process team through the steps necessary to understand and improve a process. The approach starts with your business issue, and works with your team to develop that process changes that will address the issue.
 
 

Our improvement approach is simple and can be used on any process.  There is no additional training required and your organization can easily get up and running quickly.

Every Improvement approach follows these basic steps (Read More). As the process begins to be managed, more rigor and analysis is introduced and steps are added to these basic steps.

We offer an e-learning course that a process team or facilitator could follow to provide this approach in your organization  


  Once an organization has completed an assessment and received a feedback report the first question is what do I do next?  Even though the feedback report includes specific recommendations on steps that should be taken to address the gaps identified in the assessment many organizations struggle with getting specific action plans in place which is where our assessment consulting can aid your efforts.
 
 

Our assessment consulting is built on the premise of diagnosis with prescription, in other words you would not prescribe without first evaluating where you are at!  The Assessment provides the evaluation and the Roadmap layouts the steps to take to address gaps.

The Roadmap was developed with over 10+ years of research, real company experiences and our client work. The Roadmap includes over 100 steps with defined plans for moving from stage to stage.

We always recommend starting with an Assessment, but sometimes that’s not where you can start. You would still benefit from following the steps in the Roadmap.

Use our Roadmap Implementation services. Don’t reinvent what others have created; use it as a starting point and modify the Roadmap to fit your organization.
